I’m a supply chain and data systems leader based in Massachusetts, building QualiLease to help rental agents capture, qualify, and schedule every lead—consistently and without added busywork.

I built QualiLease after my family had to move on short notice due to a safety incident. Overnight, I went from a stable home to urgently searching as a renter. I reached out to many rental agents—many calls went unanswered, and those who responded were clearly overwhelmed. After the initial call came the same screening questions by text, again and again, before any showing.

Later, listing our old place, I saw the other side. Inquiries poured in. I repeated the same details, qualified the same questions, and worried good leads were slipping away. Tracking who was scheduled, who confirmed, and who showed turned into a spreadsheet problem. The listing agent was wrestling with the same chaos.

With a background in process optimization and applied machine learning, I decided to build the system I wished we’d had: QualiLease—an AI receptionist for rentals that captures every lead, screens with your criteria, schedules fast, and reduces no‑shows—while you keep final control.

• Senior strategic role at an enterprise healthcare organization, leading data pipeline and analytics initiatives across large, multi‑system datasets (SQL Server, Python/Pandas, Power BI/DAX, Power Query).
• 14+ years in process design and procurement operations at a global clinical research organization.
• Co‑owner experience—hands‑on operator mindset and bias for execution.
• U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant (Supply & Logistics), 22nd MEU, Afghanistan deployment: mission‑focused leadership and logistics under pressure.
• Certificate in Applied Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), applying rigorous, experiment‑driven methods—EDA, feature engineering, model training and evaluation—to product decisions.

Rental intake and showings suffer from the same bottlenecks I’ve solved in operations—missed calls, inconsistent screening, preventable no‑shows. QualiLease is a focused, mobile‑first system that fixes these with automation you control.
